(Romans Series-6) The Day of Wrath
Video Sermons
OVERVIEW
God is completely impartial in his judgment: no one escapes accountability simply by knowing the truth, belonging to a religious group, or judging others. Paul exposes how easily people condemn the sins they themselves practice, mistaking God’s patience and kindness as approval rather than a call to repentance. God judges every person according to their deeds, with perfect fairness, whether Jew or Gentile, based on the light they have received—through the law or through conscience. His judgment is righteous, consistent, and inescapable, reaching even hidden motives and secrets. This passage calls us to humility, honest self-examination, and genuine repentance, reminding us that God’s kindness is meant to lead us to transformed lives, not self-righteous comparison.
