The Semi-Annual Members Meeting 2025

The Semi-Annual Members Meeting took place on Sunday, October 12, 2025. There were reports given on World mission and Chicago UBF Campus ministry along
with Church wide updates and prayer topics. Through the reports, members could see the work of God going on in the last 6 months in Chicago UBF.

The 2025 Finance report detailed financial results (Jan – Aug) and trends in offerings, expense management and investment of church assets. The Member Care and Visiting Report highlighted the visiting ministry by pastors and elders, new members, baptisms, children born, care for sick coworkers and guest serving. Several amendments to the Chicago UBF Bylaws were introduced for member review and approval.

In this meeting, members also divided into 8 small group discussions on: Finance, Sr. Missionary Support, Member Care (Mental Health), World Mission, Campus Workers Cohort, Bylaws, Prayer Group and Communication. The discussions provided a forum for members to openly share their ideas, give feedback, ask questions, pray and connect with other members, Elders and ministry leaders who facilitated each session. The small groups were well attended and attracted a diverse range of participants.

May God continue to lead Chicago UBF with his wisdom and guidance in carrying out the work of God. May all members live in unity with the mind of Christ and continue to work out their salvation in Christ.
