NEIU Easter Retreat 2025

Praise be to our risen Lord Jesus Christ, who richly blessed the NEIU 2025 Easter Gathering! Over 70 people, children, college students, and adults came together as one family in Christ under the theme “Resurrection Hope,” based on 1 Corinthians 15:1–11. Assistant Pastor Michael delivered a powerful gospel message, reminding us to hold firmly to the truth that Jesus died, was buried, and rose again, and that this unshakable truth transforms lives. Pastor Moody shared a moving missionary testimony, calling us to a life of mission and perseverance, while Marna and Deborah did a presentation on thriving in college life through faith amidst stress and anxiety. The event was filled with heartfelt worship, testimonies, warm fellowship, and joyful service.

We thank every person who served  from worship and tech teams, to cooks, ushers, children’s servants, and behind-the-scenes helpers. Your faith, love, and sacrifice were a beautiful testimony of Christ’s body at work. As we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection, we are reminded that it’s more than an event, it’s a calling. Let us continue living the resurrection life through Friday fellowships, ministry service, and daily commitment to follow Jesus. May our lives proclaim: Jesus is alive!
